Our story

A sourcing house,
not a trading desk.

Pureast was born from a simple conviction: European buyers deserve direct access to Asia's finest ingredients, without layers of intermediaries, opacity, or compromise on quality.

Founded by an Italian entrepreneur who relocated to Asia in 2006 and spent more than 20 years building direct supplier relationships across Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, China, South Korea and Japan, Pureast is not a catalogue business. Every product in our portfolio has been personally evaluated. Every factory has been personally visited.

We operate at the intersection of two worlds — the ingredient-rich agricultural depth of Southeast Asia, and the rigorous clean-label standards demanded by European food manufacturers. That intersection is where Pureast lives, and it is a position that is genuinely difficult to replicate.

Pureast is the evolution of a food ingredients trading business active since 2007 in the Italian and European market, now unified under a single brand with an expanded portfolio that spans functional food ingredients, Thai botanical ingredients, and finished consumer products in development.

We are managed by a European director, headquartered in Bangkok, and entirely focused on doing one thing well: being the most trusted sourcing partner between Asia and Europe.
